Stephanie Pfaff concentrates her practice in the areas of tax, corporate and real estate.

Stephanie represents clients in transactional tax and business planning, including transfer tax analysis and structuring, corporate matters, including the formation of nonprofit organizations and various real estate transactions.

Stephanie's real estate background includes providing due diligence and structuring support for the acquisition of out-of-state real estate operations; providing client review for outside counsel on various real estate transactions; drafting inter-company purchase and sale agreements, leases, tenancy-in-common agreements and general contracting agreements; and licensing matters related to general contractor and broker licenses. In connection with the above, she worked closely with the company's risk management department, providing legal support for litigation and insurance matters.

Stephanie's background as corporate counsel allows her to bring a client perspective to each client matter, as well as giving her the ability to analyze multiple issues surrounding her clients' transactional needs.
