Struan Robertson has a general civil and commercial litigation practice.

Struan represents clients and assists senior counsel in a wide range of dispute resolution matters.

During law school Struan worked towards starting the first mediation service at the Dalhousie Legal Aide Clinic, and worked with a mediator who focused on large-scale natural resource disputes.

Prior to law school, Struan played rugby in France and was a member of the Canadian national team at the Junior Rugby World Cup in Wales. Struan was a member of the varsity rugby team at the University of Victoria for four years.

Struan joined the firm as a summer student in 2015, and began his articles in 2016. Struan became an associate in 2017.
