Anthony's practice touches upon all facets of trademark law including disputes, prosecution and portfolio management. He advises clients on strategically building and managing their domestic and international trademark portfolios. He also represents clients in federal trademark infringement suits and in adversarial proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  Anthony also advises companies on issues related to advertising including ad clearance and false advertising disputes in federal court and in proceedings before the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Anthony also counsels clients on copyright matters, including licensing, registration, Digital Millennium Copyright takedowns and litigation.
