Adam Steene works on a broad range of antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance.

Adam regularly counsels clients dealing with complex litigation and compliance issues, such as no-poach agreements, price discrimination, competitor collaborations and resale price maintenance.

Adam also has extensive experience advising on U.S. merger control issues, and working with local counsel around the world to obtain merger control clearance from international regulatory agencies.

He has assisted clients in a diverse range of industries, including consumer goods, aerospace, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.

Adam previously worked for the late Judge Robert Bork, and in the Brussels-based competition practice of another prominent international law firm.
