Jennifer Saville is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations Group and maintains a broad corporate and commercial litigation practice.

Jennifer’s practice involves working with senior counsel to represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, fraud and asset recovery, administrative law, and construction litigation.

While completing her Juris Doctor, Jennifer worked as a Research Assistant in Health Law, examining the use of neuroscientific and behavioural genetic evidence in Canadian courts.

Jennifer joined the firm in 2013 as a summer student and continued as an articling student in 2014. She returned as an associate following her call to the bar in 2015.
