Cole Schlabach represents clients from a wide range of industries, including the technology, food and beverage and energy sectors, in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration.

Cole has represented clients in disputes involving commercial contracts, securities, real estate, unfair competition and product liability, as well as a variety of other matters. Among Cole's cases is a recent victory at summary judgment and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a food manufacturer in a multimillion dollar escrow dispute. Cole's work in the energy sector includes the successful intervention and defeat of a natural gas "cost of service gas" program before multiple state public utilities commissions.

Cole's experience includes representation at all stages of litigation, including initial case investigation, discovery, contested hearings and oral argument, trial and appeal.

A significant portion of Cole's practice also involves advising clients on compliance related issues. In addition to providing general and industry-specific guidance on a wide variety of topics, Cole has experience with internal investigations and assisting clients with responses to administrative subpoenas and other forms of government investigation.
