Blair is a senior member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group with a broad range of corporate and commercial litigation experience including construction disputes, building design and construction deficiencies, infrastructure and heavy machinery design negligence, builders liens, product deficiencies and liability, real estate transactions, commercial leasing disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence, and health and pension benefits litigation.

Blair has represented clients before the B.C. Provincial Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the Alberta Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal, the Yukon Supreme and Territorial Courts, the Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan, the Federal Court Trial Division, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

He has also appeared as counsel before commercial arbitrators and mediators and administrative tribunals, including WorkSafe B.C. the Residential Tenancies Branch, the Employment Standards Branch, the Human Rights Commission and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
