Megan represents these clients in connection with corporate governance disputes, fiduciary duty, securities fraud, contract interpretation disputes and other commercial disputes.

Megan's insurance practice includes litigation and counseling for the leading insurance companies worldwide in connection with financial institutions liability, directors and officers liability, M&A insurance (including representations and warranty insurance), alternative risk transfer products and professional liability insurance.

Megan litigates in state and federal courts across the country. Her experience includes trying cases in state courts and arbitrating before FINRA (formerly NASD).
