Nina Sitzer concentrates her practice in commercial real estate law, focusing on transactions concerning complex, large-scale projects and multi-property portfolios.

Nina has particularly deep experience in the acquisition, disposition and development of CBD and suburban office towers, as well as transactions involving stand-alone and campus-based medical office buildings. She also has substantial experience with ground leases and in management and leasing agreements and space leasing transactions. Nina is well known for her experience and skills in managing complicated transactions throughout the United States, including the organization and supervision of large scale due diligence projects and frequently conducts seminars and tutorials on "best practices" affecting real estate transactions.

Nina has also been named an Illinois Super Lawyer, as the result of a research project conducted jointly by Law & Politics and Chicago magazines.
