Lauren Storwick maintains a practice focused on corporate and securities law. She assists clients on a wide range of corporate commercial and corporate governance matters, including private placements, reorganizations, and regulatory compliance.

Lauren obtained her Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, Lauren attended the University of British Columbia and the University of Calgary to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Lauren is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono Civil Claims Duty Counsel project, where she assists self-represented litigants in Provincial Court.
