Gina Trimarco is a litigator who represents a wide array of clients in a variety of complex litigation involving financial services, health care, consumer fraud act, insurance, contract claims and employment matters.

Gina also counsels clients about all aspects of information governance, from eDiscovery and records management, to data privacy. She has more than ten years of experience with project management and has served as national coordinating discovery counsel. Gina leverages this experience to provide advice on policy, process and technology to reduce cost and risk.

Gina is a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production. She was the a team leader for The Sedona Conference® Commentary on Privacy and Information Security: Principles and Guidelines for Lawyers, Law Firms, and Other Legal Service Providers and also the senior editor of The Sedona Conference® Commentary on Proportionality in Electronic Discovery (August 2010, republished in January 2013). Gina is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Privacy Law Committee and its Internet and Computer Law Committee.
