Christian Van Buskirk represents US and international clients in criminal matters, investigations and complex civil litigations.

Christian's criminal and regulatory engagements have included the representation of international companies, traders and corporate officers in investigations conducted by the United States Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and other federal, state and local agencies. These matters have covered such areas as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, insider trading, antitrust and competition laws, and criminal fraud and bribery laws.

Christian has also helped design and execute internal investigations on behalf of clients in a range of industries and fields.

In addition to handling adversarial matters, Christian helps clients understand and manage their regulatory and compliance challenges.

Christian has extensive litigation experience representing financial services firms, pharmaceutical companies, domestic and international companies and individuals in proceedings in federal and state courts around the country.
