These engagements have included mergers and acquisitions of healthcare entities, the sale of practices and healthcare entities, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory, employment-related, real estate and risk management legal issues in healthcare. Dennis has assisted in the development and implementation of HIPAA policies and compliance programs for various sized clients.
