His experience includes federal and state court practice, proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, representation before the London Court of International Arbitration, the defense of clients in global intellectual property litigation, domestic and international antitrust matters, securities class action defense, complex cross-border disputes under the Anti-Terrorism Act and the Alien Tort Statute and periodic advice to clients regarding various compliance and regulatory matters. His representation has involved the depositions of high officials of foreign governments, court appointment as sole liaison defense counsel in complex mass tort and related coverage litigation, and extensive travel throughout the United States and globally in connection with ongoing matters.
