Daniel Zajac practises corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on lending and financing transactions.

Dan advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, refinancings, corporate governance and corporate reorganizations. He has gained extensive experience acting for private lenders specializing in lending to public companies, primarily in the mining sector, both domestically and internationally. He also assists clients with their corporate and governance issues on an on-going basis.

Daniel regularly acts for not-for-profit corporations and assists with their corporate governance issues. Through his experience working with not-for-profit organizations, he has developed knowledge of the legal and business issues faced by charities and other not-for-profit organizations that go beyond those of for-profit companies.
