Tracy Zawaski focuses her practice on trademarks and computer law. 

Tracy has worked extensively with domestic and international trademark prosecution and contentious matters, trademark opinions and counseling, trade secrets, rights of publicity, unfair competition, intellectual property evaluations/ due diligence, negotiating licenses and agreements relating to technology and intellectual property, policing and enforcement issues. She also handles litigation matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and various federal courts.

Tracy has worked with multinational and Fortune 500 companies as well as small and emerging businesses. Her experience also includes online intellectual property protection, such as ICANN domain name disputes and online trademark infringement and vigilance. In addition, she has knowledge in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, trademark holding companies, nonprofit entities and associated tax implications.
