Gina Zawitoski has a diverse environmental law practice which focuses principally on environmental matters relating to corporate and real property transactions and a broad range of regulatory compliance and permitting matters, including wastewater management, hazardous waste and natural resource matters.

She is a past chair of the Maryland State Bar Association Section of Environmental Law and that Section's award-winning Public Outreach Committee.

Gina acts as environmental counsel to manufacturers, mining and aggregates companies, private equity firms, real estate investment managers, developers and others. She regularly oversees the environmental due diligence undertaken to support business acquisitions and divestitures. She also counsels clients on environmental issues relating to their business operations and asset management.
