Gunn Kristin Olimstad focuses on Employment Law and has over 10 years’ experience in advising major companies as well as labour unions and private individuals on all aspects of employment legislation. Olimstad has a broad scope of employment law experience within both individual and collective employment law.

Examples of Olimstads’s work include: regulations concerning employees’ rights of codetermination, preparation of employment contract, work regulations, personnel handbooks, transfer of undertakings, termination of employment, HMS, various kinds of negotiations. Olimstad is a sensor and tutor in employment law at the University of Oslo and has contributed as co-author on “arbeidsrett.no” – a commentary on the Norwegian Working Environment Act. She regularly gives employment law lectures for clients and in cooperation with external course providers.
