Anita Agajanian concentrates her practice on real estate acquisition, development, finance and leasing as well as the negotiation of construction contracts. Her clients have included institutions including hospitals and universities, commercial and multifamily residential property owners, national and regional developers, and office, retail, high tech, biotech, and restaurant tenants.

EXPERIENCE

Anita has represented:

  • Represented Mass General Hospital in construction matters related to the development of a new hospital building on its campus in Boston, MA, which is currently under construction (estimated project budget of $2B).
  • Represented Mass General Brigham in a complex ground lease and development transaction for the ground-up construction of a major regional ambulatory surgery center in Salem, New Hampshire.
  • Represented Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in architect and construction contract development and negotiation related to The Klarman Building, a new 10-story, 158-bed in-patient hospital building on its West Campus in the Longwood Medical area, Boston, MA. 
  • Represented Las Vegas Sands in a ground lease and development transaction for “Sphere at the Venetian,” a state-of-the-art concert and sports arena in Las Vegas, NV.

She is a member of Boston CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network. She is also a co-chair of the American Law Institute (ALI/CLE) Modern Real Estate Transactions Conference (2023 - 2025).
