- Assisting the syndicate lenders on the financing of the Starah and Shaqra wind projects in Saudi Arabia, with a combined capacity of 3,000 MW.
- Assisting with Saudi merger control assessments and economic concentration filings before the General Authority for Competition across a range of M&A transactions.

Prior to joining the firm as a Trainee Associate, Sultan completed a cooperative training programme within the firm’s Finance practice.
