Sarah Al-Moosa is an Oman Projects lawyer with almost twenty five years experience, of which seventeen years have been as a lawyer following a career in diplomacy.

Sarah is a New York qualified attorney and after almost four years practicing in New York has spent the past thirteen years working in Oman with clients primarily from the Government of Oman and its state owned entities and security divisions.

Sarah has been involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from port and free zone development and operations, shipping and shipbuilding, international and commercial arbitrations and various complex contract negotiations.

Sarah regularly works with international clients looking to invest in Oman and provides broad strategic advice on all investment related matters. With excellent contacts in the Government of Oman Sarah is able to navigate the at times complex regulatory framework.

  • A key member of the team who successfully defended their client in the first treaty arbitration arising under the Oman US Free Trade Agreement.
  • Represented a security division in a complex high value IT procurement contract.
