Jesper Als specialises in contracts relating to renewable energy projects, including turbine supply agreements, service and warranty agreements, power purchase agreements (PPAs), cooperation agreements, grid connection agreements, balancing and ancillary services agreements, sale and purchase of wind farms, etc.

Jesper has been involved in energy and renewables since late 2016.

Prior to joining DLA Piper Denmark, Jesper was an in-house legal counsel with one of the world’s leading offshore OEMs where, as Senior Legal Counsel, he negotiated and drafted offshore turbine supply agreements, service and maintenance agreements and related support agreements for some of the major offshore wind projects around the world. ​

In addition, Jesper also successfully drafted and negotiated multi-project and multi-year after-market framework agreements with some of the world’s leading offshore wind developers.
