Anna provides advisory as well as dispute resolution services within employment and labour law. Anna advises Danish and international enterprises within a wide range of sectors. She advises on aspects such as executive service agreements, employment contracts for salaried employees, incentive schemes, termination/instant dismissal, severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, trade secrets in employment relationships, discrimination/equal treatment, collective redundancies, employment-law aspects of business transfers, including employees’ legal rights and due diligence in a business transfer etc.
For a number of years, Anna was an in-house lawyer in a global equity fund and in another global enterprise. Through her experience, Anna has gained vast commercial understanding of global employment-law projects as well as the actions and needs of international enterprises.
