Martina Antonelli is a Lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department and is based in the Rome office.
Martina is a transactional lawyer who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and project development transactions in a broad range of industries.
She advises Italian and foreign companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and other extraordinary transactions.
Martina has also expertise and experience in the energy sector, with particular regard to renewable energy projects.
She assists clients in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, EPC and O&M agreements.
She also provides general advice in corporate and civil matters, including with respect to direct investment rules (“golden powers”).
