AssociateRaúl Archundia focuses his practice on real estate, advising on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions, including portfolio acquisitions, restructurings of real estate investment vehicles, acquisitions of industrial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use assets, real estate financings and refinancings and construction projects. He also has experience in corporate transactions, M&A, and public-private partnership schemes.

Pro Bono
Raúl is committed to pro bono work. He has collaborated with América Solidaria, A.C., and recently assisted Christel House with the acquisition of a new property for an education campus in Mexico City serving underprivileged children.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Raúl worked at prominent law firms in Mexico, where he consolidated a strong track record and client relationships across real estate, corporate and finance matters. He also served for a year as an International Fellow at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, supporting the development of the master's program.
