Manisha Aujla

Manisha Aujla practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on private company mergers and ‎‎acquisitions, strategic corporate structuring and restructuring, and corporate governance.‎

Manisha advises clients on a diverse range of domestic and cross-border matters, including purchase and sale transactions, the formation and reorganization of business ventures, and lending and financing transactions. She ‎also provides clients with ongoing support with respect to corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.‎

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Manisha completed a Fellowship with a national law firm specializing in ‎construction and infrastructure law. Manisha was an Articling Student and Summer Student with DLA Piper ‎before joining the firm as an Associate.‎

While earning her J.D., Manisha worked with the University of Victoria’s Business Law Clinic and served as ‎President of the South Asian Law Students’ Association.‎
