Manisha practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and corporate finance.
Manisha advises clients on a diverse range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private company mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, and lending and financing. Manisha also provides clients with ongoing support with respect to corporate governance, structuring and re-structuring business ventures, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
While completing her J.D., Manisha worked with the University of Victoria’s Business Law Clinic and was President of the South Asian Law Students’ Association.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Manisha completed a Fellowship with a national law firm specializing in construction and infrastructure law. Manisha was a Summer Student and Articling Student with DLA Piper before joining as an Associate in 2025.
