Hana Avdibegović is a junior associate and a member of DLA Piper's Real Estate team. She provides legal advice to both international and local clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including development, logistics, and residential projects.
Hana regularly advises investors, developers, and financial institutions at various stages of real estate transactions, including conducting real estate and corporate due diligence. She advises clients on leases and the purchase of residential and commercial properties from the perspective of sellers, developers, and investors, and end buyers. This comprehensive insight allows her to understand real estate transactions in their full complexity.
In addition to advising on property transfers, she also focuses on legal aspects related to the use of units, including setting up and managing services, issues concerning homeowners' associations (including civil law aspects), and cooperative housing law.
Hana has been involved in drafting contracts for development projects, commercial leases of non-residential premises, and the establishment of homeowners' associations, including setting up their professional management (property management).
