Balázs has broad experience in tax due diligence and providing tax-related assistance for M&A transactions. He participated in several buy-side due diligence and restructuring projects.

Balázs has also worked with foreign as well as locally based multinational companies. He has advised key market players in pulp and car manufacturing, the energy industry and the financial sector concerning corporate restructurings, international taxation matters, EPPC, transfer tax and VAT issues.

He also gained significant experience representing clients in tax disputes.
