Federico Barbàra is a Partner in the Real Estate department. He works in the Milan office.

He has been assisting for many years institutional investors and developers, both Italian and foreign, in real estate transactions of any nature (purchase, sale, development and valorisation of real estate, real estate portfolios, real estate funds, real estate companies, asset management activities) and level of complexity (acquisition of assets through credit purchase or restructuring or bankruptcy procedures, partnership and joint venture agreements etc).

It also has considerable experience in real estate-related activities, such as restructuring operations of real estate funds and/or companies, construction and development contracts, litigation, hotel leases or management, and photovoltaics.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2024, Federico worked with leading international and Italian law firms.
