Amedeo Barbato

Amedeo Barbato is a Lawyer in the Corporate department. He is located in the Rome office.

Amedeo represents domestic and international clients in the industrial, services and infrastructures sectors advising on a variety of matters including complex projects, negotiating and executing cross-border deals and commercial agreements. He has also advised on complex international projects, including negotiations and implementations of cross-border offers, commercial agreements and establishment of joint ventures.
