Flávio Barbosa Luduvice is an of counsel in the São Paulo office Employment and Benefits practice. Flávio focuses his practice on employment litigation matters, social security law, and Union Negotiation matters. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in labor and welfare litigation proceedings before labor and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels. He also advises clients in procedural law and Brazilian employment law and regulation.

  • Represented one of the largest pension funds in Brazil in more than 1,500 lawsuits involving employment and social security matters.
  • Represented the third largest pension fund in Brazil in strategic employment litigation matters, all involving claims ranging between USD 1MM and USD 10MM.
  • Represents local and international companies form different industries (infrastructure, banking/finance, technology, real estate, trading companies, consumer goods, among others) in complex employment litigation matters.
  • Advises o local and international companies form different industries in general employment and welfare matters.
  • Advised and represented several local and international companies (from different industries) in the process of engaging and terminating top executives in Brazil.
  • Advised clients in benefits equalization post M&A transactions. 
  • Advised a leading consumer goods company in re-structuring its global mobility (expat) program.
  • Assisted a leading consumer goods company on localizing international templates of agreements and internal policies and benefits programs.
