Paweł Bartosiewicz

Paweł Bartosiewicz specialises in representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Paweł is a member of the team providing legal advice on restructuring and insolvency law. He represents creditors during negotiations with insolvent debtors and during court proceedings aimed at recovering debts. 

He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, and the Lewiatan Arbitration Court. He has advised on the granting of injunctive relief, both before common courts and before arbitral tribunals. 

He has experience in international disputes involving cross-border security proceedings in arbitration cases. Paul also advises on real estate disputes, corporate disputes and post-trade disputes.

Paweł particularly advises clients in the construction, energy and insurance sectors.
