Paweł Bartosiewicz

Paweł Bartosiewicz has more than 10 years of experience in advising and representing clients (in particular from the construction, energy and insurance sectors) in court and arbitration proceedings.

He represents creditors during negotiations with insolvent debtors and during court proceedings aimed at recovering debts, and he has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, and the Lewiatan Arbitration Court. He has also advised on the granting of injunctive relief, both before common courts and before arbitral tribunals.

Paweł has handled a number of international disputes involving cross-border security proceedings in arbitration cases. He also advises on real estate disputes, corporate disputes and post-transaction disputes.
