EXPERIENCE

  • Advising a government department on the re-procurement of critical inbound and outbound call centre services, including negotiating and settling contracts with two suppliers (with an estimated combined value of GBP £460m).
  • Acting on a behalf of a British telecommunications company in respect of the negotiation of a framework agreement for the purchase of global video carrier services.
  • Advising a large domestic LPG supplier on the renewal of its LPG gas supply agreement with a multinational industrial gas company.
  • Assisting with a proposed Initial Public Offering on the London Stock Exchange, worth approximately GBP £750m, including (among other things) verification of investor-facing materials, undertaking corporate due diligence, and preparing and negotiating the registration documents and prospectus.
  • Leading and coordinating a large pan-European team to undertake time-sensitive due diligence on a NASDAQ-listed client's circa USD $113m takeover of an ASX-listed intelligent transport solutions provider.
  • Advising a highly-curated social media platform operator on the (share-for-share) circa USD $30m acquisition of a US-based global celebrity engagement platform provider.
