Alexis Bass maintains a general corporate commercial practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, ‎corporate finance, securities, and debt finance.‎

Alexis has experience advising public and private companies based in Canada and abroad in various ‎corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private ‎placement financings, and corporate governance.‎

Alexis received her J.D/M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business.‎ Prior to joining DLA Piper as an associate she summered and articled with the firm.‎
