José Ignacio Basualto
AssociateJosé Ignacio Basualto concentrates his practice on tax law, advising national and international clients in the structuring of businesses and companies, as well as individuals.
He has vast experience in tax litigation and defense of taxpayers in all stages of the process before the Tax and Customs Courts, the Internal Revenue Service (SII), and the tax authority.
In addition, he has advised several entities in tax planning, compliance, dispute resolution, and contract review.
