Pro Bono

Helped prepare an amicus curiae, submitted before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice in 2021, alongside the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México. The document aimed to nullify an amendment to the telecommunications law to avoid human rights violations by referring specifically to infringements of access to telecommunications, employment law, presumption of innocence and personal data protection.
