Margaret Baxter

Margaret Baxter's practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patents in a variety of fields including mobile computing, artificial intelligence, virtual/augmented reality, and solar panel technology. In addition to handling standard prosecution, Margaret has presented oral arguments at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in several ex parte patent appeals.

Prior to law school, Margaret worked as a product engineer validating high-speed analog-to-digital converters. As an undergraduate, she concentrated in electrical engineering with a solid-state and optoelectronics specialization, completing a senior honors thesis on electronic communication between colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals (quantum dots).
