Andrew advises leading alternative investors, global asset managers, financial sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on all elements of capital allocation and deployment with a particular focus on the execution and structuring of complex capital solutions transactions across a wide range of sectors and geographies at all levels of the capital structure and in performing and non-performing situations.
