Zev Beeber is an attorney with DLA Piper's corporate practice group. His practice focuses on representing domestic and international companies expand or relocate in the US, helping them identify, negotiate, and document all aspects of discretionary incentive packages. Zev regularly advises companies across a wide range of industries with the development of new corporate headquarters, manufacturing and distribution facilities, data centers, and large office projects.

Zev also has extensive experience advising public and private companies on their business life cycle, including in connection with entity formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, corporate governance, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Zev represents companies from a variety of industries, including cybersecurity, life sciences, energy and clean tech, automotive, government services, and technology.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Zev was a corporate attorney with another Am Law 100 international law firm. He previously worked for Gartner as a senior research analyst, advising corporate finance leaders on their critical business objectives.

Zev earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, he interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Division of Corporation Finance and served as editor of the Georgetown Law Technology Review.
