Mike is a commercial litigator with broad experience covering contractual, insolvency and banking disputes, fraud claims, competition law damages claims as well as internal and regulatory investigations, often concerning multiple jurisdictions.
His experience includes dealing with disputes from the outset right through to settlement and, when necessary, at trial. He has appeared at trial as junior counsel in New Zealand as well as an instructing solicitor in the United Kingdom.
