Elisabeth Bernegger

Elisabeth Bernegger is part of the IPT team in Vienna and advises on intellectual property (trademark, design, and copyright law), unfair competition, data protection, and life sciences.

During her studies she also focused on Corporate Law and gained experience as study- and research assistant at the Institute for Corporate Law at the University of Vienna and as paralegal in a law firm specializing in Corporate Law. Furthermore, Elisabeth is currently working on her doctoral thesis on Compensation of asymmetrical shareholder financing.
