Bianka Besztercei

Bianka’s main areas of expertise are Corporate & M&A and Competition Law.

Bianka has represented numerous Hungarian and international clients in corporate transactions from various sectors. She has advised clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and company reorganization and restructuring procedures and has also been involved in competition pre-notification procedures.

In the course of 2018 Bianka completed an internship at the European Parliament and gained extensive knowledge of the legislative and economic processes of the European Union.
