Simrit Bhangoo practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Simrit assists with a broad range of commercial transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets and businesses, financings, and reorganizations. She also advises clients on a diverse range of commercial real estate and real property matters.
Simrit completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Manitoba. During law school, she volunteered with Welcome Place in Winnipeg, assisting refugees with their asylum claims.
Simrit articled with the firm before joining as an associate.
