Andy Binstock joined DLA Piper’s National Security & Global Trade practice after nearly 20 years as a legal and policy advisor with the U.S. Department of Defense. A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Andy has integrated regulatory compliance into oversight programs for the intelligence and special operations communities, negotiated agreements for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and supported software and personnel security programs with Zoom Video Communications during its post-pandemic growth period. Andy advises clients in defense and Federal acquisition, dual-use technology, and regulatory requirements for cross-border transactions and investments.
