Dani Blain focuses her practices on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other corporate matters. She represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies, in a variety of complex business transactions.
Dani's mergers and acquisitions experience includes both buy- and sell-side transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, carveouts and other strategic transactions. She has experience advising clients on both US and cross-border matters.
Dani has represented clients across a range of industries, including sports and entertainment, technology and software, energy and infrastructure, industrials, business services and consumer products.
