Marta Bosiak has over a decade of experience in real estate M&A transactions and since 2020 has focused on renewable energy transactions, integrating experience from her previous roles as in-house lead transactional lawyer for a renewable energy company and as a transactional lawyer for international law firms.

Marta advises clients on all aspects of the development and acquisition of wind and PV farm projects, including the PV installations on commercial properties, as well as post completion at all stages of project development. In addition, she advises clients on real estate transactions (both asset and share deals) and supports them in the construction and commercialization stage of retail, logistics and office buildings.

She has extensive experience in negotiating acquisition agreements, development service agreements, EPC agreements, construction management agreements and other agreements necessary during the development phase of a project, as well as negotiating leases, tenancy agreements, development agreements and management agreements.

Among her clients are companies and developers in the renewable energy industry, developers of office, retail, residential and warehouse properties, investment funds and financial institutions. She provides comprehensive support in structuring transactions. Marta is valued by clients for her focus on finding effective business and regulatory solutions, her in-depth knowledge of the market and her transaction management skills.
