Brad Brodie focuses his practice on capital markets and financing transactions, and general corporate and securities matters. He advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants on a broad range of domestic and international capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings (ATMs), high yield debt, and private placements. Brad has experience across many different industries, including e-commerce, financial services, media and technology, consumer products, health care and real estate. Brad also regularly counsels public company boards of directors and executive management on US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, corporate governance matters and stock exchange rules and regulations. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Brad practiced at an international law firm in New York and served as in-house counsel and part of the senior leadership team at two publicly traded corporations, including a Fortune 500 company.
