- Elbrus Capital, a private equity fund, in connection with a USD5m SAFE investment in SmartCat, a platform for translation services;
- Borzo (formerly known as Dostavista), a global crowdsourced same-day delivery marketplace, in connection with the series A, series B and series C investments;
- Jiffy, a UK-based platform developing SaaS and on-prem e-commerce solutions for retail business, in connection with a Series A and Series A1 fundraisings;
- Baring Vostok, venture capital and private equity firm, on the $10m series B financing round for Voximplant, a cloud communications platform for the European market;
- Elbrus Capital on the USD10m acquisition of a minority stake in YCLIENTS, a major cloud-based business management software company;
- A pan-African Venture Capital Fund in connection with the series A investment into Aura, a company engaged in the development of a smart personal safety platform that provides businesses and their customers with fast, affordable and reliable private security and medical response;
- Debex, an online marketplace allowing financial institutions to sell non-performing loans/commercial debt to debt collectors through the auction process, on several fundraisings;
- Webinar, a web service that take part in web meetings, webinars or virtual classes with features available for desktop & mobile version, in connection with the sale of its business to MTS;
- Baring Vostok on the acquisition of a minority stake in Synergetic, a fast-growing Russian manufacturer of environmentally friendly detergents and cosmetics;
- Baring Vostok on several acquisitions of shares in iTransition, a group which offers custom solution IT development;
- Yandex in connection with:
- acquisition of of KupiVip and Mamsy;
- acquisition of K50, a company developing a set of tools for automation of digital marketing (SEM and price aggregators);
- acquisition of FoodParty, a company which delivers and supplies food products for homemade diners;
- acquisition of FoodFox, food delivery service (which is currently operates under Yandex Food brand);
- acquisition of eLama, a Russian advertising platform for small agencies and small and medium-sized enterprises;
- sale of a group of companies operating classified advertising platforms;
- preparation of standard forms of the M&A documents;
- 2GIS, a Russian digital cartography service owned by Sber, on the investment in and acquisition of a 47% stake in RocketData, a Belarus-based local listing management service;
- shareholders of 2GIS in connection with a RUB 14,300,000,000 sale to Sber, Russia’s largest bank;
- Yandex in connection with global expansion, including to the MENA, SEA, Chinese, European and LatAm markets;
- iTransition, a top-rated software engineering company, on the spin-off of its business in Russia.
