Nicole is an Advisor in DLA Piper’s Business Advisory practice and has over 8 years of strategy consulting experience advising client executive teams and senior management across APAC and North America. She has led several regulatory strategy and government consultation projects, including working with industry consortiums to create counter-proposals against draft legislative changes and supporting clients to implement org-wide operational transformations to adhere to changing regulatory conditions. Nicole is also a qualified lawyer in Australia and previously worked in the M&A and Capital Markets teams at a leading international law firm. She holds first-class honours degrees in Law and Science from the University of Queensland.
