Axel Brok

Axel Brok advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters at both national and international level. His primary focus includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructuring and reorganisations.

Before joining the Corporate team, Axel was part of the Commercial Contracts and IT practice, where he was involved in drafting, advising and negotiating on commercial agreements as well as handling a broad spectrum of technology-related legal matters.
